I am a hard and reliable worker who exceeds expectations. I am able to work both independently and creatively within a group effectively. I have strong interests and a burning passion for children and their development, which in return instills a great deal of patience and understanding in many different positions. In my current and previous positions for the past 4 years I have worked with children at The Autism Society of North Carolina, Proehlific Park After School/Summer Blast Program and Kid's Club, all of which included children among all economic classes, psychological and physical standings. I have always had a gift for helping children and in return developing strong relationships with parents and guardians. The knowledge I have gained from my experiences and sociological background has only strengthened my understanding and urge to learn more. All of which have also helped me strengthen my relationships with adults on a deeper level understanding where they have come and what has developed them into who they are today.
