Volunteering Experience

Aside from being a full-time copywriter, I volunteer for events internally and externally. This is where my passion is. In September 2019, I started working with the Zappos for Good team to drive and highlight company good will efforts that make the community, our employees, and customers feel apart of the Zappos family. In my spare time I volunteer by helping stock new closets in Title I schools with food and clothing to those in need. I also help with keeping track of inventory for eleven schools and assist with the ribbon cutting ceremonies. Just a few other volunteering opportunities I've taken advantage of are Three Square Food Bank, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, serving meals at the Salvation Army, and our annual back to school event with Shaq O'Neal.

I also hold an event architects role in my department where I plan, assist with, and execute activities and celebrations like birthdays, work anniversaries, baseball game recognition outings, and in office culture events to build a team and family spirit.
