  • BUDGET: I provided guidance and/or personally prepared procurement documents; ensured that funds are available for purchases.
  • Obtained price quotations for major open market purchases and prepared necessary support justification for unusual and/or sole source purchases.
  • Submitted all purchase requests with supporting documents that are over the warrant limit ($5,000.00 to the Regional Contracting & General Services Office through the automated IDEAS Procurement Desktop acquisition system.

  • Developed, planned and executed the disposal of outdated computers, keyboards, monitors, scanner, printer, laptops, etc.
  • EVIDENCE CUSTODIAN - Responsible for the care, custody and control of each and every item of seized property.
  • I'm responsible that all seized property items placed in a storage facility is properly marked, tagged and packaged to ensure that the value and integrity of the items are preserved, and that the items can be positively identified at a later date by any officer.
  • Responsible to maintain records for each storage facility which accurately document the sided property items currently in storage, and the disposition of seized property items transferred out of the storage facility.
