Inventory Control Quality Assurance, 12/2019 - 02/2020
Autozone Livonia, MI,

• Consolidate damaged inventory to its own separate pallets for processing and into GREF 01 and GREF 02 digitally
• Using their proprietary software, transfer all inventory back and forth between count changes, pallet creation and editing, SKU combinations and separations, then back into its own Inbound and Outbound locations or locations on the floor
• Place a red cone on each SKU pallet or damaged pallet until approved, then place a green cone to indicate pallet can be placed back into a floor location with a forklift
• Audit all Outbound deliveries per audit label sheet and notate discrepancies
• Attempt to locate missing pallets and stray damaged product found on pallets during auditing and cycle counts
• Cycle count all available inventory predetermined by the system on a daily basis using the scanner on the forklift and moving pallets from its individual location to ensure inventory accuracy or corrections
• Damage out in the system any product past its determinable shelf life expectancy to prevent expired product going out on Outbound deliveries, as well as crushed boxes found on pallets or brought to the area used for pallets with inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Ops Manager any issues needing to be approved and communicate any unresolved issues via E-mail
• Ensure GREF zones in Inbound and Outbound are sorted, completed, and organized allowing other forklift drivers to grab SKU pallets (Partials or Full) and put them into the assigned location that we keyed into the system
• Assist drivers with any software/inventory issues they experience when trying to allocate SKU pallets to the floor
