Executive Profile
I am a career educator who has taught at the preschool, elementary, and graduate levels. In recent years I have moved my support for schools to the system level, working in assessment and accountability for Baltimore County Public Schools and Montgomery County Public Schools. I am currently an instructor in the graduate department of education at Loyola University, in Maryland. In each position, I have held steadfast in my belief that we must see culture and diversity not as problems to overcome, but as benefits to the educational experience. The fostering of multiple perspectives within the field of education helps us solve some of our biggest challenges. This belief has helped me foster the relationships and strategic partnerships necessary to meet with success with each challenge faced.
