  • Created the strategic plan, which detailed development and infrastructure deliverables over a three-year period, targeting specific business needs, improved time to market and enhanced integration.
  • Initiated analysis for possible use of offshore development/support staff.
  • Implemented project management and development process improvements and the creation of an enterprise steering committee consisting of senior business and technical leaders responsible for the prioritization and funding of key projects.
