I am a Care Provider for an at home dialysis patient who also suffers from previous injuries. When I began working at the Old Cattle Baron, I was working in a very fast-paced environment mainly as a bartender but also served when customers ordered from the restaurant side. My duties consisted of serving all kinds of mixed drinks (which included my signature Bloody Mary/Caesar), wines and beer. In addition, I would perform all duties of cleaning and sanitizing as well as vacuuming entire bar/restaurant when closing. When I worked Tuesday day shift, both sides (restaurant and bar) were completely full to capacity due to steak day. I would have to tend to the customers as well as serve steaks to the patrons on the bar side. I'd like to add that Im very meticulous when checking for patrons being of legal age to drink and responsibly serving and/or cutting-off those I feel that have had enough to drink. I enjoyed (14) years at the Old Cattle Baron and unfortunately had to leave to tend to an ill loved one.
