  • Led new business development team in delivery of data contribution (90 accounts loaded in FY20, representing over 100 new labels/titles). This directly impacted Oracle Data Cloud Identity, the core product from which all audience and measurement products are built, scaled, and validated.   • Innovated operational improvements to remediating client consumer privacy policies for all current and new data contributors, critical in order to comply with both Oracle contracting standards and enforcement rules around CCPA;
  • Became principal liaison with product, agency sales, CX. and account activation teams in order to drive additional data contribution. Efforts led to org-wide education about value of data contribution and 'data first' optics through which subsequent innovations are considered
