As Head Cook my goal has aways been to run the department using the experience that I have learned under the Food Service Director of the past 4 years at Waterford Place. Creating dishes from scratch with fresh ingredients. Monitor and evaluate purchasing, staffing, production and inventory to control food and labor costs and waste. Inspects kitchen areas and issues corrective actions to maintain company and health department standards. Skilled at grilling, roasting and smoking meat and vegetables. Willingness to learn more through schooling if needed.
