  • Developed $1.3 million dollars in grant funding: Developed new sources of funding through relationship-building strategy that led to contributions from new funders.
  • Co-developed (with CEO) the UACDC Partners Coalition, a formal, strategic partnership of 70 local stakeholders: Repaired and forged new relationships with stakeholders to build the community's capacity to address health disparities, crime and poverty.
  • Co-developed (with CEO) the Grant Collaborative Office to serve the UACDC Partners Coalition: Trained and supervised Grant Writers and mentored Grant Writer Interns to serve the community's smaller, grass roots organizations.
