Professional Overview
To be able to contribute my skills and knowledge to a fulfilling job environment. I have had cash handling experience, cashier experience, as well as customer service experience. I have completed a Pharmacy Technician internship. Therefore, I work well under pressure. In many situations, whether it is in school or in the numerous jobs I have held I frequently interact with people and worked together as a group. My constant contact and interaction with others is best illustrated in the courses I have taken at the University of Idaho. My education taught me to be able to effectively problem solve through the exchange of ideas with my classmates and professors. I did this by engaging in class discussions and by all of the formal essays I wrote. These class discussions and the essays I wrote pushed me to work out problems and communicate my ideas effectively. During my undergraduate career, I gained excellent research skills from the classes I was enrolled in. This includes but is not limited to my British Literature classes, an intensive class on Shakespeare, my Philosophy of Law, and my Senior Seminar class. The skills and knowledge gained from these classes enabled me to correctly identify complex ideas and arguments. Also, my formal education required that I research philosophical and literary ideas. Therefore, I am able to form my own thoughts about these ideas into a well-written academic essay. My ability to research and write well allows me to logically analyze complex ideas and to be able to communicate orally in an academic or professional setting. Moreover, I have real experience in being in difficult situations by being able to handle my environment and myself. For example, this summer I studied and lived in Thessaloniki, Greece for 3 months. I went with a study abroad program and frequently interacted with individuals who I had never met before.
