Summer Intern at U.S. FDA (July, 2017 - September, 2017)
Designed an interactive learning program on laboratory works for clinical pharmacology, patient counselling, compounding of drugs, and other modules.
Helping the students with their lab works towards the learning of insights of good lab practice, drug compounding with their storage, labeling, expiry date, FDA regulation for pharmacy practice, teaching standard clinical counseling strategies of patients. In addition, prescribing exams on standard practice of lab and grading those exams were also integral part of the interactive learning program conducted by me with the help of one faculty member.
Designing research, experiments, and collecting data in scientific manner as well as analysis of those data. Writing paper using those data for publication.
Developing academic curriculum, conducting interactive classes, laboratory works, evaluating students' progress, counselling, and performing proctorial duties. Supervising research projects at undergraduate levels.
Developing standard operating procedure for pharmaceutical formulation, optimizing manufacturing protocols for new drug and developing new batch manufacturing record (BMR). Addressing in-process problems of pharmaceutical products, ensuring smooth operations of machine, increasing productivity. Making production plans for the pharmaceutical products demanded by commercial department of the company and coordinating with all related departments (e.g. purchase, quality control, quality assurance, product development, analytical validation, and warehouse dept.) to ensure faster release of finished quality-products to the market. Very efficient in maintaining database for inventory control of materials.
