AK In charge of the day to day operations of the UAF Nanook Intramural Program within the Department of Recreation and Wellness (DRAW). My responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directing the intramural sports program
Hiring, training, and scheduling staff members
Fostering the concept of student leadership and development
Developing and coordinating intramural sports officials\' training
Planning special events, new sports, and student activities

Led recreation camp for children up to middle school in age as an auxiliary to the Department of Recreation, Adventure, and Wellness.
Primary operation was during public school breaks and holidays including but not limited to Summer break, Christmas break, and teacher in-service days.
Supervised a camp of on average 50 campers and coordinated/planned daily activities. Responsible for providing fun, new, and engaging activities for counselors and campers to participate in.

MS I was responsible for the daily team operations, which included a very demanding and challenging workload. Here I refined my supervision, coordination, and training skills.
