Manage the daily administrative activities of the fellowship program as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Institutional, Common and Specialty Program Guidelines for Graduate Medical Education (GME).
Responsible for the direction, leadership and support for day-to-day management of all educational activities with in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship Programs, as outlined in the ACGME Institutional, Common and Specialty Program Guidelines for Graduate Medical Education.
Manage and maintain MedHub, Lighting Bolt and AMION programs, the online web-based Residency Management System and Scheduling Software programs for the institution.
Maintain academic and administrative records on all fellows.
Coordinate all program events including but not limited to, graduation, orientation, conference scheduling and recruitment.
Complete program surveys including but not limited to, ACGME, WebADS and GMETrack.
Prepare reports such as Annual GME report, RRC site visit paperwork.
Maintain up-to-date Affiliation letters. Act as liaison with outside agencies such as ACGME, ACC and local agencies such as the VAMC.
Serve as primary liasion between the Fellowship Program directors, fellows, program faculty, central GME office and affiliated teaching sites concerning fellowship program matters.
Efficiently and accurately supervise the daily administrative and professional responsibilities of the program's fellows.
Develop and maintain content for the Fellowship program website.

Train and supervise support staff for the Interlibrary Loan program at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
Process both incoming and outgoing loans.
Provide customer service in person, as well as via phone and email.
Prepare statistical reports to show usage of the Interlibrary Loan program.
Management of CLIO and other library databases.
