ROLE: DISTILLATE SCHEDULER FOR CORPUS CHRISTI REFINERY

Responsibilities

· Achieve Compliance Excellence

· Maintain and publish an accurate 30-day runout for distillate products

· Own and maintain distillate inventories

· Own and maintain the distillate scheduling tool in Orion

· Monitor TPL Finished Distillate Quality for compliance and provide support during quality incidents

· Work with Fuels & OMS Optimizers with off spec tanks.

Expectations

· Stay current on all compliance rules and regulations to ensure FHR Stewardship & compliance.

· Continuously improve & innovate with scheduling compliance, understanding of our processes, and application.

· Challenge the status quo on any discrepancies and processes that create waste

· Monitor unit consumption and production and modify runout accordingly.

· Incorporate the updated TPL schedule into the runout and communicate the gaps to the TPL Scheduler, the Light Products Planner, and the Marketing Team.

· Monitor and communicate product inventories to aid Light Products Planner and Fuels Optimizer with decisions on production needs.

· Communicate all waterborne equipment needs and movements with FHR Wichita Scheduler.

· Insure all distillate waterborne movements are updated in Port vision and communicated with the Dock Scheduler and OMS to allow for optimum utilization of the docks and tanks.

· Update daily production information in Orion, insure tank inventories, communicate all waterborne and pipeline moves when fulfilling the back-up VGO role.

· Blend using recipes that utilize a gasoline optimization model that considers actual component qualities and values, while taking into consideration inventory constraints and changes in product demand

· Manage Gasoline Cargo Line to bring in purchases at optimal times from Citgo and Valero; proactively communicate needs and constraints to Citgo and Valero counterparties. Manage Gasoline Cargo Line to deliver or to receive product from or to Magellan. Maintain TVP/quality sheet for Blending at Magellan and keep up with ours orders sheet for Magellan.
