Properly monitored food and space temperatures while also monitoring all food space sanitation standards. Properly recorded the portions prepared and leftover for each individual food item.
STOREROOM KEEPER(USN) Responsible for issuing the ship's food for the next day and receiving returns from the current day. Ordered food items when they were low. Received food items from vendors and properly inspected to make sure chilled and frozen food items were at the proper temperature upon being received and did not have any damage.

My efforts resulted in 2 successful supply management certifications for food service division, earning 2 grades of outstanding with overall scores of 95.42 percent and 96.97 percent resulting in USS ANTIETAM'S seventh and eighth consecutive "BLUE E" for logistics excellence.
