  • Monitor NHARNG maintenance activities, updating the Maintenance Division Chief of strengths and shortcomings.
  • Determine maintenance and repair requirements; assess maintenance activities; determine adequacy of material readiness.
  • The SME for GCSS-A and State Maintenance SOP; serve as a technical advisor to the Maintenance Division Chief.

  • Supervise FMS daily operations, including employee performance, the repair/service of supported equipment, environmental policy, and safety program.

  • Oversaw the successful completion of the FMS#2 maintenance bay addition after I discovered numerous design/construction flaws.
