Taking care of people is something I am passionate about. I have no doubt that one of my favorite roles in the military was when I was directly responsible for the personal and professional growth of those who worked for me. As a seasoned professional with over 21 years of military service, I have spent the last 15 years of my military career directly guiding, mentoring, and advising the careers of young men and women.
As a recruiter, the relationships I built not only with the potential applicant, but also with the families of the applicants, still exist today. I valued my time spent as a recruiter because I truly enjoyed watching applicants achieve their goals, and strive for a better future. My three years spent as a recruiter allowed me to understand individual needs, and help them forge a successful path forward.
Throughout my military career, I have always been a people person dedicated to taking care of those who take care of me. I can be counted on to treat everyone with the utmost dignity and respect while also taking accountability for my personnel. I have proven through results that my employees success is my number one priority.
With more than 15 years experience working in Human Resource roles as a Front Line Supervisor, recruiter, and a career counselor, I value the power of people. People are an organizations most important asset. Developing people and giving them the tools to succeed will dramatically improve employee morale, corporate culture, and ultimately, production.
