They are four levels of membership with different benefits, Club, Gold, Platinum and the highest Spire. how do they get rewards ? by staying in any IHG brand hotel and for every dollar they spend is 10 points also they can get late check-outs, early check-in depending in the ability of the hotel. Guest can use the rewards points for Rewards Nights (free night), miles, gift cards, air planes, donate and so on.
