For most of my childhood these visits were fairly routine as I had good oral hygiene and no major dental issues. However, when I was. 17 I began to have problems out of my teeth. My dentist was able to repair them and they looked better than before the problems began. At that point I knew I wanted to be a dentist. I attended college and selected biology as my major as I have always enjoyed the thrill of sciences. I view dentistry as the perfect combination of art and science that will allow me to help other people the way my dentist helped me.
