Procedures and supplies used in Hemodialysis as well as Peritoneal Dialysis under demonstrate skill in nursing techniques; ability to maintain effective working relations with other health care providers; ability to adequately record observations of the patients in writing as well as documenting in the Computer, Used to taking initiative as a leader under all circumstances and used succeeding goals under pressure while being = in environment that is fast paced and is high-stress due to Patients "Crashing" during Dialysis Treatments in clinic
