  • Hired in late 2006 to build and develop a franchise program for the Company - Java Detour was a retail gourmet coffee concept based in Northern California, a public company, the franchise program was built from the ground up, helped establish the disclosure and franchise documents for the Company, created a marketing plan to generate qualified franchise leads in the most efficient manner to developing a franchise sales plan to qualify the leads and work the qualified leads through a disciplined sales process.
  • I was able to exceed all projections, generating in excess of over $3,000,000 in revenue for the Company.
  • However, the CEO made bad business decisions that didn't support franchise owners, made the company start loosing big money, and started being sued by stock owners, so I left there.
