25U - Signal Support Systems Specialist
Serves as the Signal Support Systems Chief for the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division; responsible for the planning, managing, engineering and directing of all aspects of the Brigade's C4ISR systems; identifies systems requirements,recommends duty positions for all 134 Signal personnel for the Brigade consisting of five battalions; ensures serviceability and training of unit personnel on the installation and contingency missions forward, operation and maintenance of all communications systems; responsible for the health, welfare, morale and professional development of eleven NCO's and seven Soldiers and over $6,000,000 worth of equipment.
