Purchased Fire and Safety in 2009 company was doing 112K a year. Hired one employee and went to work at evaluating this new business venture. We doubled sales first 3 years . Started with a simple process of Fire Extinguisher sales, service and repair along with Kitchen suppression systems sales, installation, service and repair. Became a one stop Fire and Safety company to our clients within the market by listening to our clients needs. We over delivered on our promise's and levels of service in an industry not known for great customer service with average sales of over 4.5MM yearly.
Was hired as a Regional Director for Starbucks, enjoyed the journey of this fast paced company that lived its mission for its partners and communities with which they did business within. Developed employees, stores, and markets . While being strategic and with operational plans for the region, lead execution, and measured results. Inspired leaders to create strong, diverse teams that engage their communities and customers while developing high performing leaders and store locations. Through strategic and operational plans that we measure and provided direct coaching and feedback with development plans and rewarded top performances .

Came to KFC initially in March of 1994, was hired for my background in delivery operations. Was in the Las Vegas market at the time and was trained in KFC operations at store level in a Hybrid KFC Delivery store at the time there were 4 in market. Was promoted to Market Coach of 12 units in market. KFC made company decision to rollout delivery to entire company market operations . Once rollout was nearly complete we transitioned to 2N1 and All-In-One "Concept Operations Team" was also part of the team that transitioned A&W and Long John Silvers into the YUM Brand.
