I think I have a great balance of Quality and Quantity in my work but I am more Quality focused and I am not willing to make numbers look good by just completing items when it is not done so my Quantity numbers go up. Over the years in my current position I have noticed that I value Quality and strategic thinking rather than data entry. So I asked myself where i might be best fit.
