FILL ROOM OPERATOR
Summary
With a Bachelor Degree in business accounting from Oakland City University and from working with clients in charge of their loan payments and collections, I am confident in my ability to help your company make tough decisions in contract choices.  I am a self-motivated individual offering a strong work ethic and determination to complete tasks in a timely manner. Accurate and detail-oriented with extensive bookkeeping and clerical knowledge.  I have had a foot in various tasks associated with my former position at American General, learning all positions, and handling them in one years time.  At Jay C as shift manager opening or closing the store gave me direct experience with problem solving: price changes and discounts along with bank and register conciliation's.  I also had to learn how to delegate tasks to my cashiers, along with being comfortable ordering merchandise.  This has taught me how to address co-workers and gain a confidence in making decisions.
My current position at Baxter came after searching for jobs in my field.  At that time there were few opportunities available in my field that a college graduate with one year experience could attain over other individuals with extensive history.  However, the choice to start out in a company that was known to promote from within itself was an option that I thought could benefit my circumstances.  My position in manufacturing has kept me constantly making calculations and decisions with precision.  The specific instructions with my job allow no error or leeway, which has kept me focused and precise.  I have stayed in my current position because it held promise for opportunities within the company.  It has also afforded me a stable work environment and allowed me to grow in traits not taught in a classroom.  I have recently reached the highest rank my position offers, without any response in my constant efforts to move up within the company.  My hopes are that in seeing my my time at Baxter you will see a dedicated worker that does not give up, and is dependable.  I believe that if you chose to look past my one year experience; you would see someone who could offer your company a confident and driven employee.  One who is not afraid to work in order to earn his place, nor will he back down from quickly learning any information that I may not be as familiar with.

Experience
Fill Room Operator03/2011 to 12/2016Charles SchwabAshland , NE
Job Responsibilities:
At Baxter I began with learning specific gowning techniques in order to maintain our clean room environment. Every time a batch is completed I have to break down the machine, clean, and setup the next machine with its specific batch related sterile parts.  This process needs to be completed in a timely fashion in order to keep schedule adherence.  I am required to use accurate and legible documentation in order to prove proper procedural steps have been taken to develop quality product.  Using the computer I enter batch records on our specific company program; most other documentation is done by hand.  I have to maintain my qualifications on lines and am comfortable following continuous improvement changes in our workplace.  I have knowledge of operating different filling room machines ex: syringe, vial, and cartridge. I'm required to make complex calculations when validating time to fill a product.  I am comfortable in my knowledge of handling hazardous product, along with proper disposal techniques.
Financial Representative11/2008 to 11/2009Denny's IncBurien , WA
Job Responsibilities:
At American General I had the pleasure of working closely with our branch manager.  I was in charge of loan payments and collections.  I had to have computer skills in order to access the customers' accounts and post payments.  Which has made me more comfortable making spread sheets on excel, using Microsoft word to type up documents, and using our specific business programs which were used daily.  I was in charge of preparing financial documents which include mortgage loan solicitations, debt consolidation loans, auto loans, and line of credit.  Customers would set up appointments with me daily to create budget plans in order to help them catch up and make monthly payments on their loans.  I had to have proper phone etiquette in order to collect payments over the phone.  I often needed to perform door to door collections, which required strong communication skills in order to not release any confidential information involving the loan holder and the loan itself.
Shift Manager10/2007 to 11/2008Jay C PlusCity , STATE
Job Responsibilities:
I was hired on as night time associate in the meat department.  After three months I was promoted to shift manager.  As shift manager I had cashier duties, deposits within the store, bank reconciliations, and cash register to sales reconciliations.  I had to have strong leadership and communication skills in order maintain a cohesive environment for my cashiers and floor associates.  I often had to multitask and enforce time management for myself in order to make sure all tasks were completed by the end of my shift, and all associates had their tasks and breaks done as well.  Customers who wished to return merchandise I had to calculate figures such as discounts, percentage allocations and credits that they would receive back.  I often had to order merchandise for customers and their specific requests.
