Build and foster relationships with high-level federal agency customers and stakeholders to better understand their IT needs and requirements. Manage portfolio of IT projects to assure systems and services developed by NCFPD meet requirements and satisfy federal customer needs. Establish project management templates, methodology and practices and mentor junior project managers. Lead development of enterprise system strategic plan. Manage IT vendor/subcontractor relationships.
Provide project management expertise in support of the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS) Project, a $50-million project responsible for replacing the legacy driver licensing and vehicle registration systems for the Minnesota Division of Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) within the Department of Public Safety.
Manage team of MNLARS technical and data architects as well as business analysts to help ensure the production of quality deliverables in a timely manner.
Develop project related documentation including scope statement, work breakdown structure, project plan, communication plan, risk management plan, etc. Estimate project timelines.
Review documents related to the MNLARS project, such as the MNLARS Request for Proposal, vendor responses, Unified Modeling Language artifacts, DVS business-related documentation; and provide written feedback.

- Multi-million dollar upgrades to major enterprise system, including change from mainframe to server environment.
- Selection, testing, and deployment of new user interface affecting 12,000+ users at over 600 criminal justice agencies statewide, including federal, state and local government units.
- Security assessment of BCA systems, networks, and data.
- Security-related policy development and agency-wide security training.
- Architectural design, system development, testing, and deployment of BCA's first Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Business process re-engineering of BCA's contract management processes.
