I implemented the program for Sierra Leone sea cadets to be employed onboard Sierra Leone ships.

As part of my professional career, I have attended many conferences/workshops/seminars both as a consultant/panelist, representative of the country all over the world and help build other countries maritime administrations and maritime academies/universities in the region. As chairman of the experts committee of the regional maritime university in Accra Ghana, I presided over the transformation from a maritime academy to a maritime University and was instrumental in the improvement of the work of the Maritime Organization for West and Central Africa(MOWCA) Accomplished Executive Director recognized for leveraging strong team leadership and development to drive forward progress.
