  • Maintain a cost file on a case by case basis Maintain files by timely filing documents in chronological order with typed index sheet and tabs which adequately identify the documents contained therein so hat documents can be quickly retrieved Scan all incoming and outgoing pleadings and discovery so that PDF copies can be saved in the system Keep up with department calendar by checking mail for deadlines, trial dates, court settings, depositions, and enter on department/attorney's calendar.

  • Update case management system as to new happenings in cases Close cases and prepare them to be shipped to archives Make all necessary travel arrangements, prepare and submit completed travel vouchers for assigned attorneys, investigators and legal assistant Back up the receptionist as needed Enter time sheets for department Order supplies for the department Handle inventory for the department.
