▪ Piloted AESL 710 Workplace course in Fall 2020 with the aim of developing fundamental soft and technical skills necessary to interview, obtain, and succeed in a profession during the COVID pandemic. Interviewed and brought in professionals via Zoom to expose students to the responsibilities and linguistic expectations of different occupations.

▪ Frequently monitored and communicated with students via email/phone calls and in-person appointments to ensure they are enrolled into the appropriate courses.
▪ Assisted in the oversight of lecturers grading exams and payment checklist; took the initiative in data entry of student exams in the electronic database of exams and the organization of historical hard archives

▪ Successfully secured unprecedented donor relations in efforts of bolstering the Lunar New Year 2016 Event; Identify new methods of funding to expand the Academic English and East Asian Department’s mission.
