enrollment contracts for local business such as Norfolk Sheriffās Office, City
of Norfolk, Norfolk Public Schools, BAE Shipyard, Determine domicile classification,
and process dual enrollment and special provisions enrollments

Assist
students in selection of appropriate courses. Provide students guidance on the
process of obtaining the requirements for consortium agreements. Serve as a
liaison between community, business, faculty, staff & students. Process and
educated military and veterans on domicile laws related to tuition and tuition assistance.

campus in development of local partnerships which support program outcomes. Confidently

throughout the campuses as it relates to improving campus initiatives and a
positive learning environment. Analyze campus trends and identify areas for
improvement based upon historical data; develop and carry out action plans

Complete
site audits during campus visits including a review of compliance documents,
accreditation requirements, student surveys, faculty observations, etc. and provide
technical interview support to campus when necessary. Demonstrated ability to

Oversee
the collection of required student health profession application information
for nursing program, assuring that appropriate and complete documentation is
obtained and that compliance with all relevant organizational policies, state
requirements.

and development activities as requested.

Admissions
(a)Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Educate as needed, the admissions
staff members and other campus personnel involved in the determination of the
domiciliary classification of students as instate or out-of-state for tuition purposes
in accordance with college policy and Code of Virginia. Hear and decide
domiciliary appeals as the Intermediate Reviewer.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Registration
(a)Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Responsible
for the registration of students in courses, and the development, the implementation
and the dissemination of registration procedures and schedules.
(b)Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Responsible for the on-line entry of
non-credit courses offered through Workforce Development Ā Ā at the time of registrations. Help students
and register students for these courses. Coordinate, for the campus, the development and the implementation
of new methods of automated registration and the treatment of registration data
as appropriate.
Student
Records
(a)Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā
Responsible
for the development, utility and preservation of a student record system for
the based on VCCS and Tidewater Community College policy. This record system
involves student permanent records, a document-imaging system (ImageNow),
student folders, registration files and the like as listed in the VCCS policy
manual and as required by regional accreditation standards. Protect the
confidentiality of student information in accordance with federal and state
regulations and College policy. Release student information as needed with the
consent of the student or as provided by lawful regulations. In conjunction
with the campus Dean of Student Services, oversee processes and procedures for
overall effective and efficient management of the office and the campus.

Insure the processing of final grades on a semester basis for
Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education (VTC).
