I found a true love for this field of work and made the decision to move up in the company. At just 1 month of me fulfilling the position did they offer me a raise and a promotion Trainer Coordinator. I was able to engulf the company with some prior knowledge which produced a positive effect on the consumers and the company as a whole. I was allowed free reign to shape the Trainer Coordinator position and what it would all intel. The curriculum the trainer uses today is the same program outline I came up with and it seems to be working amazingly still.
