Duties were very similar of what I did at Highland Family Clinic. Initially, Family Healthcare consisted of two Nurse Practitioners, Kathy Highland and Bridget George, both Advanced Practical Nurses. I mainly worked specifically for Kathy Highland and when she announced that she would be opening her solo practice, she requested that I move with her, so I did decide to leave Family Healthcare to support Highland Family Clinic. I provided an appropriate notice of resignation and presented it to the Nurse Practitioner, Bridget George at Family Healthcare and immediately started to build up Highland Family Clinic, PLLC
Managed large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manor. Follow communication "scripts" when handling difficult accounts. Identify customers need, clarify information, research every issue brought to me, as a Lead Operator, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Monitor agents on my shift and report any concerns to my superiors if I felt it necessary. Promoted positive work environment for agents by responding quickly to inquiries, delivering constructive feedback and pleasantly engaging employees. Great communication skills with administration to ensure the customers rules/regulations that they voiced/documented when signed up were being followed by their preference.
