I am a second year MPH masters student at the University of Maryland, College Park in the department of, Maryland Institute for Applied Environmental Health (MIAEH). During 5 years of my undergraduate studies, I studied basic health medical sciences, public health and clinical sciences. After earning a MD degree, i gained a 1.5 years of clinical and Public Health experience in three different hospitals in emergency, orthopedics, surgery, medicine and in Polio Control Program. Areas of interest include Public Health Policy, Public Health Legislature, Lung carcinomas, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, Air Quality, Risk Assessment, Cardiac Diseases and treating strains, sprains, dislocations and abdominal pain. I am passionate about supporting, encouraging and assisting people psychologically, emotionally and financially. Besides treating patients, i have good organizational skills. My medical school is one of the best leading institution of Pakistan. Most of the graduates are now doing residencies and training in various disciplines in different countries. The acceptance rate of our medical school is only 6.7 percent. I am fortunate that i have done my under graduate from Peshawar Medical School, Pakistan.
