- Develop, implement, and coordinate Title 1 program functions with the regular school program.
- Assess the needs of Title 1 students in order to develop and teach lessons to meet their unique needs.
- Consult with school administrative staff, teachers, and parents to define problems and analyze data in order to determine teaching techniques and learning styles of Title 1 students.
- Plan and conduct staff development programs related to Title 1 programs.
- Supervise and coordinate district, school, and statewide assessments.

- Collaborate with IEP committee members to develop IEPs for students meeting qualifications for special education services.
