To obtain a Manager of Clinical Operations position in the high acuity Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health that provides elite, outstanding, and advanced evidence-based medical and nursing care for some of the most critically ill and unstable neonates in the country. While in the role of Manager of Clinical Operations in the NICU, I want to apply my heartfelt compassion, leadership skills, vast knowledge base, and comprehensive clinical background and expertise as a NICU nurse and ECMO clinician in order to improve operations, increase profitability, enhance unit and employee growth, and improve unit moral.
