Pioneered on campus dual enrollment program that has served over 1,000 Mountain View students in last six years. Initiated Mountain View High School (MVHS) dual enrollment program in 2015 with 30 students and grew program throughout years to average of 250 students. For 2020-21 school year, MVHS has increased enrollment and currently serving 334 students through dual enrollment.
Enhanced dual enrollment on campus class selection from 2 to 17 classes. Maximized credits earned per student, 2019-20 students earned 1,154 credits, averaging 12 credits per student.
Partnered with post secondary institutions to facilitate dual enrollment informational sessions with over 350 prospective dual enrollment students and parents annually.
Cultivated MVHS partnership with post secondary institutes from 2 to 11 to provide MVHS students a wider range of dual enrollment college choices and class selection.
Customized and improved local school dual enrollment documentation for permission, advisement, student participation agreements and funding.

Supervise department of over 9 employees with facilitating daily academic, career/post-secondary, emotional and social responsibilities for MVHS staff and students. Collaborate with other school and county personnel and provide leadership to counseling department and overall Mountain View High School community.
Teach peer leadership class at MVHS mentoring and fostering leadership skills for MVHS students. Contributed on Gwinnett County Peer Leadership team to create Peer Leadership curriculum and AKS.
