  • Handling incoming calls from shareholders/brokers/financial representatives and staff, regarding questions, maintenance and financial trade processing on accounts held with various mutual fund and alternative investment companies. Answered clients questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.Explained and documented for clients the types of services to be provided, and the responsibilities to be taken by the personal financial advisor.
  • I demonstrated strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a good working knowledge of the software used by DST Systems i.e. AWD and TA2000. Also the ability to maintain service quality/quantity levels set by management.
  • The tool used to measure quality was a system called Magic and Dalbar, with  scores ranging from 1-33, 33 being the highest score.  I worked with the training staff to monitor the quality of my calls; I consistently scored in the 29-32 range.
