Review, analyze and maintain within the CRCC system, DBE files and documents submitted applying Federal Regulation 49 CFR Part 26, to determine eligibility to participate in the DBE program. Preform reviews within 30 calendar days of receipt of completed electronic file of all new firms and No Change Affidavits. Request On-Site reports from all interstate applications from home state within 7 days. Conduct On-Site reviews of in state DBE applicants and record accurate information on the required forms to verify accuracy of information or documentation submitted by applicants. Compete all On-Sites within 45 calendar days of receipt of completed application. Prepare written eligibility reports of finding to be used in the certification decision making process. Prepare reports which address all the eligibility criteria. Submit report into CRCC within 30 calendar days after completion of On-Site review. Perform administrative functions for the DBE program by processing and keeping accurate records of all applicants and files, including new applications, re-certifications, denials, and de-certifications. Maintain knowledge of current Federal Regulations and Guidance issued by FHWA and USDOT.
