  • Assumed the management responsibilities of the School Counseling Department, the Registrar's Office, Student Support Personnel (including social workers, psychologist, behavior specialist and prevention specialist), the 504 program, Concussion Management program, and all administrative assistants for each entity; building a cohesive team with improved collaborative climate amongst the members of student support services. 
  • Restructured the caseload assignments for school counselors to allow for increased availability for students that receive Special Education Services and alternative programming.

  • Serve as the PDSO for the Student Exchange & Visitor Information System (SEVIS) at Pinkerton Academy. In addition to maintaining certification, screen and select J-1 and F-1 students to study at PA each year.
  • Develop a yearly department budget, adhere to fiscal guidelines, and project for future financial needs with regard to the potential fluctuation in enrollment.
  • Interview, select, orient and monitor new employees, and provide  yearly evaluations for all members of the department. 
  • Coordinate and host the largest College Fair in southern New Hampshire and initiated a now annual "Reverse Job Fair" in collaboration with our CTE Department, local employers and the local chapter of the Chamber of Commerce.
