    • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the student conduct process (student discipline) at the College’s domestic and international campuses located in Boston, Los Angeles, and the Netherlands.

    • Manage the investigation and resolution of all concerns of student misconduct, which includes fraudulent activity.  
    • Prepare investigative reports concerning student conduct matters. ·       Developed the assessment and marketing plan which resulted in the formation of a community standards model and establishment of new student conduct procedures for the College.  
    • Established and supervise the Assistant Director for Community Standards & Student Conduct position.
    • Provide student conduct investigation supervision and training to 11 professional employees across three campuses.  
    • Created and manage the College's student organization investigation process and provide training and oversight to 4 investigators.        
    • Proposed, developed, and assisted in the implementation of a single investigator model for sexual misconduct complaints.
    • Served as a College Title IX Investigator which was responsible for investigation and evidence review sexual misconduct concerns.

    • Established productive working relationships with Boston city officials and law enforcement officers by representing the College during City of Boston safety and neighborhood response initiatives.  
    • Manage requests from the U.S. Office of Civil Rights and Department of Education.  
    • Participate in an on-call emergency response system for entire campus.
