The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for oversight of all clinical operations within the Dental Clinics North system to ensure the clinics are functioning at the highest level to deliver public health dentistry services in a patient centered environment. This involves oversight of administrative practices relevant to the clinic operations close collaboration with the leadership team to identify desired goals, standards and benchmarks. The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the direct supervision of the Office Managers with regular face to face contact and will work closely with the Dental Director to support safety, efficiency, and quality improvement in clinical services. To facilitate effective communication between the Office Managers and the administrative leadership team to ensure that initiatives are effectively implemented. The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for knowledge and analysis of business and clinical metrics and maintains a strong vision of strategies for long term success. The Director of Clinical Operations strives to understand the needs of the population it serves and develops strategies to serve those need in an efficient and effective manner.
The Contact Center Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works closely with all offices to register new patients, schedule appointments and create EMR in Dentrix software system. The Contact Center directly supports 35 offices. Manages call volumes of 600 call per day, with an average of 1000 new patient registrations per day.
