For 20 years I worked in a rehabilitation center caring for critical patients. For example, I have worked with transplant recipients, L-VAD patients, cancer, and end stage HIV patients. I have excellent caregiver skills and the empathy it requires. In 2016, I enrolled in Purdue University and began my career in human services. I have worked as a direct support professional and a residential manager for 3 years. I give the same skills to my individual as I did in healthcare. Dedicated Human Service professional with history of meeting company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand.
I am currently still working on my Bachelor Degree. I have finished 3 years with 1 left to go. I took a couple years off. I did this due to my father's passing and my mother's declining health, due to Dementia.
