  • Merchandise the home page on a bi-weekly basis. This is done through regular analysis of what is and isn't performing, what our promotions are and what is seasonally appropriate. I work with my counterparts on the Digital team as well as Planning and Merchandising to ensure we are featuring top-selling and stocked products.
  • Analyze the performance of the home page, category landing pages and product categories on a regular basis. Make changes to these pages as needed as a result of analysis and shift in business. 
  • Manage site search via SLI. I review weekly reports to ensure customers are finding the correct products, we are using the best product names and keywords and sequence the products in a logical order.
  • Merchandise emails to 1M subscribers daily, during outdoor season. I work with the Merchandising and Planning teams to select products, ensure the promotions are accurately marketing in the emails and on the site, communicate promotions to our Digital Marketing team for SEM placement and work with our Senior Analyst to segment and test promotions on the site.
  • Create a seasonal content calendar with the VP of Digital that highlights new products, top-selling features, promotes our brand and supports company-wide initiatives. Content includes videos, blog posts, articles and lookbooks.
  • Write Creative Briefs for seasonal launches, new product assortments and new site features or enhancements. Present briefs to the Digital and Merchandising teams. Carry-out my merchandising roles to support briefs, provide guidance and direction to other team members, QA the project and present it to the Executive Committee for review prior to launch.
  • Present A/B testing strategies for home page, email, category landing pages and product recommendation modules. Testing includes geolocation, past browse experience, customer demographics and site behavior.

  • Analyzed site navigation and eliminated low-performing categories and created new ones based upon site search and metric results.
