I was Humbled to be awarded the Cop of the Month on two occasions, and received recognition awards from the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.

I have received numerous Police medals for Excellent Police Duty, and Meritorious Police Duty.

I was assigned to the September 11, Rescue and Recovery mission, various assignments of Ground Zero Site security, Recovery of evidence, Recovery of remains,and effects, notifications and follow up with families of the missing, Fresh Kills recovery effort, Heightened site security at strategic locations.

During the 2003 Blackout I conducted heightened security at Strategic locations and provided assistance to citizens in need.

During the Hurricane Sandy recovery effort I was assigned to process all Burglary, and Looting incidents and interrogate and obtain confessions from the perpetrators. Missing Person investigations and subsequent notifications were made when necessary.

During the Coronavirus Pandemic I was assigned to sanitize my entire office daily, and ensure proper sanitary conditions were maintained in my work place. Personal Protective Equipment was issued, maintained and utilized.

From 2001 through 2009 I was assigned as a Burglary Investigator. I have investigated and assisted in over 1,000 Burglary cases. The Richmond County District Attorney's office recognized me as a Professional Investigative witness for Burglary trials.
