I worked as a training counselor supervisor for 13 residents at Pine Ridge Homes. Some of my responsibilites included personal cares, documentation, writing reports and goals, assisting residents with medical appointm ents, as well as assisting residents to achieve their goals. In 1993 I was promoted to a Supervisor position. I remained in this position until I resigned from Pine Ridge Homes in 1997. Some of my responsibilities included performance reviews, personal cares, scheduling and attending all appointments, hiring, reprimands and staff training. I also assisted the Program Director with monthly Stats of all programs, and monitoring all programs for completion and documentation.
I enjoy spending time with my family doing just about anything. I love to be outdoors walking, hiking, gardening, camping and fishing. I keep myself busy in my off time.
I enjoy to volunteer in my spare time. I have volunteered for several events that benefit adults with disabilities, as well as volunteering at Bentleyville.
