While at duty location in Jalalabad, I found there were no procedures in place, in event of attack, or Emergency situations. Immediately, with support of base command, implemented safety drills, SOG's. New additional medical care equipment designated to different but specific areas of Base to optimize triage. This was also designed, keeping available medical providers in separate locations to minimize loss of all medical care during an attack, or disaster.
With further assistance from Command and carpentry departments, I was able to design, have built, and supply a functioning 4 bed private bays, an ER/triage with additional trauma bay. The original room set aside had one stretcher and a 12 lead monitor. I also assumed the listed duties
