Leading a 10 person Crew, I am responsible for all aspects of the loading operation from rail movements to billing of the completed trains for shipment. I am also responsible for training, auditing, and evaluating the members on my crew for safety and to insure they comply with all applicable rules. I communicate daily with railroad personnel to insure every step possible is made to maximize the movement of railcars.
Insured the proper maintenance and upkeep was performed on the drilling rigs various motors, pumps, boilers, and engines. Also responsible for supervising the floor hands in their daily duties. Worked on various pumps, motors, and high pressure pipes needed for rig operations.
Worked as the sole night Lab tech at a 240 bed hospital with a 10 bed emergency room. I was responsible for all aspects of testing in the clinical laboratory with no supervision. Was responsible for the supervision of 2 phlebotomists who worked under me, insuring correct samples were drawn in a timely manner.
