Responsibilities included but were not limited to:
Interfacing with clients, lenders, attorneys, title officers, listing and selling agents, surveyors, and city and county agencies on behalf of the Vice President, managed daily office operations and maintenance of equipment, received and screened a high volume of internal and external communications, including email and mail, properly routed agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process, responsible for all word processing from dictation and handwritten notes, designed electronic file systems and maintained electronic and paper files, maintained aerial photo archive, developed marketing packages, web site maintenance, creating and maintaining listing and pending transaction files, continuously reassessing the change of priorities within multiple commercial transactions, planned travel arrangements for the Vice President, planned and executed special events for employees, assisted co-workers with the 20+ line switchboard and operation of the receptionist area as time permitted, exercised a high level of confidentiality at all times
