• Develop training requirements for Corrections Officers including specialized training on program concepts and techniques.
• Revision of policy and post orders or other applicable guidelines.
• Provide supervisory level planning and decision making for quality program services, facility operations and security.
• Facility operations and shift management including Incident Command System responsibilities.
• Making command decisions in the absence of higher level administrative authority.
